The Tony Hawk franchise has featured the most memorable soundtrack in the action-role-playing genre.
We're counting down the top 10 tunes in the series, so you can relive the action in style.
As a young mage, it's no surprise that Aloy would find herself in danger. Fortunately, you have plenty of weapons at your disposal, such as bow and arrows, a bow and arrow crafting system and the ability to create your own arrows from raw materials. To help improve your archery skills, you can access a range of bows that increase your damage output as well as your range and accuracy. However, you'll have to find the resources to create arrows yourself, which requires you to hunt for materials and craft them.
Tony Hawk 3 takes things even further, introducing a new weapon you can craft with rare materials found scattered throughout the map. However, instead of using raw materials to create powerful weapons, you can also upgrade your bow to unlock new abilities. For example, you can unlock the ability to create arrows out of wood by hunting down materials in forests, or you can make a special arrow with a special effect.
Aloy's new companion, Rost, is a hunter that has his own assortment of skills. Rost can control the elements as well as the temperature in order to help his human friend survive in the cold and harsh environments of the Arctic. For example, if Rost brings the temperature down to around freezing, you can use his ability to create ice arrows that freeze enemies in place. If the temperature rises above freezing, you can use his ability to make snow arrows that explode on impact.
You can also collect gear to improve your character in combat. For example, if you find a piece of the special weapon called the Tusk of Ganesha, you can unlock a passive ability to deal more damage with the weapon. You might find even more powerful weapons or armor later in the game, so you'll want to keep exploring.
Like previous Tony Hawk game music, Tony Hawk 4 introduces dynamic weather effects to the series. For example, if you're in a snowstorm and run into a pack of wolves, you might be able to escape with your life. However, your enemies might not be as lucky; they might find themselves frozen solid and unable to attack for a short time.
